Vine Leaves Stuffed with Rice

Stuffed vine leaves with yogurt sauce (serves 2)

Put in a bowl: 1 thinly sliced hard-boiled egg and 1 teaspoon of mustard. Add 1 strained Greek yogurt, salt and pepper. Mix them all together until well combined. Pour the sauce over the stuffed vine leaves.

Stuffed vine leaves with cheese sauce (serves 2)

Put in a bowl: 50 gr. cream cheese, 50 gr. cottage cheese, 25 gr. roquefort cheese, 1 tablespoon of brandy and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Add salt and pepper. Mix them all together in a blender, using a little milk to thin the mixture, until well combined. Pour the sauce over the stuffed vine leaves.

Stuffed vine leaves with tzatziki (serves 2)

Put in a bowl: 200 gr. Yogurt, 6 tablespoons of grated cucumber, 1 tablespoon of chopped dill, 1 mashed clover of garlic, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and some salt. Mix them all together and pour the tzatziki over the stuffed vine leaves.
